Stipplo LLC (the “Site”, “Website”, “Stipplo”, “we”, “us”, or, “our”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users (“user” or “you”).   • Information You Provide: To set up your Stipplo account, you or the user will provide us with basic information about you which may include your name, email address, telephone number, jobs you are tracking, tasks, notes, uploaded documents, and any other information you provide. If you decide to upgrade to one of our paid plans, payment information, such as credit card and billing address will be collected. We utilize a third party credit card payment processing company to collect payment information, including your credit card number, billing address, and phone number. In such circumstances, the third party service provider stores your payment information on our behalf.

  • Information Through Other Services: You may give us permission to collect your information in other services. For example, when you log in or register using Google or LinkedIn, we may collect your name and email. If you do not wish to have this information shared, do not initiate these connections.

  • Log Files: Stipplo follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

  • Other Information: Information you provide in other interactions with us, such as requests or questions submitted to us via forms, email, or other contact methods through the Site may be collected.

We have no control over the privacy practices of the Third Party Sites. It is your responsibility to check the third party privacy policy and terms of service when visiting other websites.

You may opt out at any time from the use of your information for direct marketing purposes. Feel free to contact us at support@stipplo.com if you want to be opted out from direct marketing purposes, access information we hold about you, or have your information deleted or corrected. Some administrative or transactional emails related to our services cannot be opted out.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (under the age of 13) through the Website or the Service. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide us Personal Information without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us, and we will immediately delete that personal information from our databases.
